Before You Start
Pricing & Contract Conditions
All prices are in Japanese yen. Tax treatment and contract conditions are stated below.
- Price
- Based on JPY 3,000 per hour excluding tax, from JPY 30,000 per month excluding tax. Fees vary by hours and are quoted individually.
- Additional Charges
- No setup fee. Customers are responsible for internet connection charges.
- Payment Methods
- Bank transfer and other methods specified when the contract is signed.
- Payment Timing
- The billing cycle and payment deadline are agreed when the contract is signed. Payment is due by the date designated by the Company.
- Start of Service
- Work can begin in as little as one week after signing. The start date is agreed during consultation and contracting.
- Contract Term and Cancellation
- No fixed minimum term. Contracts are monthly, and working hours can be increased or reduced at any time. Cancellation requests must follow the designated procedure.
- Returns and Cancellation
- Due to the nature of the service, no refunds are made for services already provided. Please consult us individually about cancellation before service begins.
