Payment Timing
The setup fee and first month's fee are due when the contract is signed. Subsequent monthly fees are payable in advance.

The minimum contract term is one year. Early cancellation during the term is not permitted.
Returns and Cancellation
Due to the nature of the service, paid fees are not refunded. If the Company cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to it, a refund is made for the unprovided period.
Decision-maker appointment: JPY 20,000 (JPY 22,000 including tax); interested prospect appointment: JPY 30,000 (JPY 33,000 including tax); appointment with a prospect intending to order: quotation required. Minimum commitment: JPY 100,000 per month excluding tax, for at least three months. Example plans excluding tax: Trial, four appointments per month for JPY 100,000; Standard, 10 for JPY 250,000; Intensive, 15 for JPY 450,000.

No amounts beyond those stated in the quotation are charged. Customers are responsible for internet connection charges.

Payment Timing
Lump-sum payment is due when the contract is signed. Monthly payments are due in advance.

Contract Term and Cancellation
The minimum contract term is three months. Early cancellation during the term is not permitted.
If the Agreed Appointment Count Is Not Met
Appointments not delivered within the agreed period are carried forward to subsequent months under the appointment guarantee. Orders and closed deals are not guaranteed.
Returns and Cancellation
Due to the nature of the service, paid fees are not refunded. If the Company cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to it, a refund is made for undelivered appointments.
Plan A (fully performance-based): no setup or fixed fees; success fee from 60% of the initial sale. Passing a suitability review is required. For monthly or recurring products, the initial sale is calculated as the annual contract value. Plan B (test and validation): from JPY 150,000 per month plus a success fee from 20%, excluding tax. Amounts and rates depend on the product and require consultation. The actual success fee and terms are finalized in an individual quotation after review.

Plan A has no setup or fixed fees. Customers are responsible for internet connection charges.

Payment Timing
Success fees are due by the date stated on the Company's invoice after confirmation of a sale through receipt of a contract or application. Plan B monthly fees are due by the date specified in the contract.

After a free 45-minute online suitability review and contract signing, we establish the sales process and can begin outreach in as little as 14 days.
Contract Term and Cancellation
The contract term and withdrawal conditions are specified in the contract. If, after two months, the number of qualified meetings falls short of the agreed count, the parties may agree to terminate the contract without conditions.

Due to the nature of the service, confirmed success fees and paid monthly fees are not refunded.
Service 4
Minna no Shachoshitsucho (Networking Event Representation)
One event per month: JPY 50,000; three: JPY 135,000; eight: JPY 320,000. All prices are monthly and exclude tax.
Additional Charges
No setup fee. Fees include event selection, admission, transport, and business card creation. Customers are responsible for internet connection charges.

Monthly payments are due by the date specified in the contract.
Start of Service
Attendance begins after an initial business consultation and training, appointment agreement, and business card preparation.
Contract Term and Cancellation
The minimum contract term is six months. If no suitable event can be found, unused attendances carry forward within the contract period.
Returns and Cancellation
Due to the nature of the service, no refunds are made for services already provided.
Based on JPY 3,000 per hour excluding tax, from JPY 30,000 per month excluding tax. Fees vary by hours and are quoted individually.

No setup fee. Customers are responsible for internet connection charges.

Payment Timing
The billing cycle and payment deadline are agreed when the contract is signed. Payment is due by the date designated by the Company.

No fixed minimum term. Contracts are monthly, and working hours can be increased or reduced at any time. Cancellation requests must follow the designated procedure.

Development setup fees start at JPY 500,000 per project excluding tax; ongoing monthly consultations start at JPY 30,000 excluding tax. A quotation is provided after discussing project scope.

Payment Timing

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel at any time through the membership payment section on your member page. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Paid membership fees are not refunded on a prorated basis. If the Company ends the service for its own reasons, the unused period is refunded.
Eligibility and System Requirements
Members must be born between 1996 and 2012 and be at least 18 years old. A current major browser and a Discord account are required.
Three plans by contract length, each including 60 articles per month. One-year plan: JPY 29,800 per month (JPY 32,780 including tax); total JPY 357,600 (JPY 393,360 including tax). Six-month plan: JPY 39,800 per month (JPY 43,780 including tax); total JPY 238,800 (JPY 262,680 including tax). Three-month plan: JPY 59,800 per month (JPY 65,780 including tax); total JPY 179,400 (JPY 197,340 including tax). The one-year plan also offers monthly payment of JPY 29,800 (JPY 32,780 including tax).
Additional Charges
No setup fee for lump-sum payment. Monthly payment requires a setup fee of JPY 30,000 (JPY 33,000 including tax).
Payment Timing
The first payment is due on application. Monthly plans then renew as a subscription on the same date each month. Lump-sum plans require payment for the entire contract period at once.
Start of Service
Service begins immediately after application is completed. The first article is published at that time.
Contract Term and Minimum Use Period
The period selected on application: three months, six months, or one year. Cancellation during the contract term does not entitle you to a refund of paid fees or release from unpaid fees.
Returns and Cancellation
No free trial is offered. Due to the nature of digital content and online services, payments are generally nonrefundable once completed. Cancellation takes effect on the next renewal date, with no prorated refund. This does not apply in the event of a serious defect attributable to the Company.
How to Cancel
Use your customer page or contact the email address above. Service will be stopped within one business day.
On application, the first monthly fee and setup fee total JPY 88,000. Subsequent payments of JPY 55,000 are charged automatically on the same date each month.
Start of Service
We contact you within one business day of application. Service begins after consultation and account login are complete.
Contract Term and Cancellation
The minimum contract term is six months. A cancellation request during that period takes effect at the end of month six, and all six months' fees remain payable. From month seven, requests through official LINE or email stop billing from the next renewal date, with service continuing until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Paid monthly fees are not refunded on a prorated basis. Cancellation by the day before operations begin receives a full refund of the first payment, including setup fees. If the Company cannot begin or continue for its own reasons, a refund is made for the unprovided period.
