Pricing & Contract Conditions

All prices are in Japanese yen. Tax treatment and contract conditions are stated below.

Price

Decision-maker appointment: JPY 20,000 (JPY 22,000 including tax); interested prospect appointment: JPY 30,000 (JPY 33,000 including tax); appointment with a prospect intending to order: quotation required.
Minimum commitment: JPY 100,000 per month excluding tax, for at least three months.
Example plans excluding tax: Trial, four appointments per month for JPY 100,000; Standard, 10 for JPY 250,000; Intensive, 15 for JPY 450,000.

Additional Charges

No amounts beyond those stated in the quotation are charged. Customers are responsible for internet connection charges.

Payment Methods

Lump-sum or monthly payment, by bank transfer or credit card.

Payment Timing

Lump-sum payment is due when the contract is signed. Monthly payments are due in advance.

Start of Service

Service begins within one week of signing the contract.

Contract Term and Cancellation

The minimum contract term is three months. Early cancellation during the term is not permitted.

If the Agreed Appointment Count Is Not Met

Appointments not delivered within the agreed period are carried forward to subsequent months under the appointment guarantee. Orders and closed deals are not guaranteed.

Returns and Cancellation

Due to the nature of the service, paid fees are not refunded. If the Company cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to it, a refund is made for undelivered appointments.
