Before You Start
Pricing & Contract Conditions
All prices are in Japanese yen. Tax treatment and contract conditions are stated below.
- Price
- Development setup fees start at JPY 500,000 per project excluding tax; ongoing monthly consultations start at JPY 30,000 excluding tax. A quotation is provided after discussing project scope.
- Additional Charges
- No amounts beyond those stated in the quotation are charged. Customers are responsible for internet connection charges.
- Payment Methods
- Payment details are provided when the contract is signed (bank transfer or credit card).
- Payment Timing
- The development setup fee is due by the date specified in the quotation and contract. Ongoing consultation fees are due monthly by the date stated in the contract.
- Start of Service
- Delivery follows design and quotation, according to the schedule stated in the quotation.
- Contract Term and Cancellation
- Ongoing consultations are contracted monthly. Cancellation requests must follow the designated procedure.
- Returns and Cancellation
- Development setup fees are nonrefundable once development begins. Fees for consultations already provided are also nonrefundable.
